We're confident you'll love E-goi to bits, but if you are unhappy due to technical issues within our sole responsibility which we're unable to fix, simply ask us for a refund within 30 days of first signing up for your plan and tell us why E-goi is not the right tool for you.
We'll grant you a refund if:
- you have fully complied with E-goi's master service agreement
- any technical issues preventing you from using E-goi have been directly caused by us and could have only been sorted out by us
I signed up for a plan and was required to authenticate my domain or add E-goi's CNAME but couldn't do it. Do I get a refund?
Even though sender authentication and CNAME records can't be directly set up by us (but rather by your website hosting), we'll be happy to assist you in getting them up and running! Just drop us a line using the "Help" menu. If there's really no way to modify your site's DNS and you can't use E-goi at all because of this, we'll give your money back.
I bought prepaid messages instead of an email plan. Am I eligible for a refund?
Pay-as-you-go isn't covered by this policy, as we can't refund the cost of those messages :(
