We're confident you'll love E-goi to bits, but if for some reason you're unhappy with it, simply ask us for a refund within 30 days of your first purchase and tell us why E-goi isn't right for you.
We'll grant you a refund if:
- you have complied with E-goi's master service agreement
- you're a first-time customer (ie, you never had a paid E-goi account before).
Instead of signing up for a plan, I bought pay-as-you-go messages. Am I eligible as well?
If this is your first pay-as-you-go purchase and you have complied with our master service agreement, yes. We'll refund the amount you haven't used yet.
