Starting March 2, 2026, we'll have new pricing across E-goi.

 

What changes

  • is more transparent and meeting your needs

In 2026, we'll be discontinuing extras for sending messages (eg. SMS and voice broadcast extras). Instead, go for our usage packs, now with with extended validity (up to 12 months) for a much handier, cost-effective solution.

 

Do plan limits remain the same?

We'll be expanding the E-goi usage limits for:

  • Landing page pageviews
  • Tracking events (for Track & Engage)
  • API-based automations
Extras will be available for the above limits, so you can easily keep using E-goi in case you exceed them.

 

I've got an E-goi plan already. Do I need to pay the difference now?

If you don't use pay-as-you-go, no. Your new pricing will apply only when your plan renews. If you’re on a very old E-goi plan that’s no longer part of the current pricing, we'll contact you about your specific case.

Important! If your plan is GoSend (pay-as-you-go), the new pricing applies to any new messages you send out after it comes into effect.

 

Can I switch to a longer billing period (eg. monthly to annual) to keep my plan's current fee?

Yes. Drop us a line using the Help widget in your E-goi account. We'll be happy to sort you out.

 

Any discounts available?

Yes. Plans billed for 6 months, 1 year or 2 years get 5%, 15% and 25% off, respectively.

This means if you increase your plan’s billing period before the new pricing enters into effect, you can save up to 45% on your monthly fee.
Important! Corporate plans may have specific discount conditions.

 

Which currencies are available for payment?

We accept payments in euro (EUR), Brazilian real (BRL) and US dollar (USD).
