Learn how to integrate a Lead Ad with E-goi to manage your leads from Facebook or Instagram and engage them with highly-relevant sends. 

 

 

What does the integration do?

The E-goi integration with Lead Ads enhances your Facebook and Instagram lead capture and engagement strategy.

A Lead Ad is a Facebook or Instagram ad which includes an embedded form. The form pops up when your lead clicks through the ad and is pre-filled with their social info. 

The E-goi integration will auto-sync each Lead Ad sign-up with your E-goi contact list. You can also assign tags to your synced contacts.

Requirements

To set up your integration, be sure your Lead Ad is already properly configured and ready to go.

Step-by-step

 

How to integrate

1) Create your Lead Ad.

2) Go to Goidini, our handy integrations tool. Click Login (top right corner) and enter the same login credentials you use for your E-goi account.

3) Click Create and choose Lead Ads. Log into your Facebook account and authorize Goidini to manage your pages and ads.

4) Once that's done, you'll go back to Goidini. Choose the E-goi list that contacts signing up via your Lead Ad form will be synced to and then select the page and form for that Lead Ad. Click Integrate.

Done! When you publish your Lead Ad on Facebook or Instagram, anyone who clicks through and fills out the Lead Ad form will be automatically added to your E-goi contact list, allowing you to segment your leads and engage them with multichannel automations.

 

 

 

Frequently asked questions

 

Which login credentials do I use in Goidini to set up the integration?

The same ones as your E-goi account.

 

Goidini says the Lead Ad form is not valid

Your Facebook account probably changed (eg. your login credentials are different or your Lead Ad form was deleted). To fix it:

1) Edit the integration in Goidini and click Remove next to the Lead Ad form.

2) Re-add the Lead Ad form in Goidini.

 

I created a field in E-goi, but it doesn't show up in Goidini's field mapping for my Lead Ad and E-goi.

Be sure the field you created is an extra field of type text. Extra fields of other types can't be mapped between the Lead Ad and  E-goi.
