With OmniConnect Agent, you can connect all the tools you already use (including E-goi) and automate processes between them, without needing code or programming.
What OmniConnect Agent is
OmniConnect Agent is an AI-powered intelligent agent built into E-goi that helps you integrate hundreds of tools with each other, synchronise data and run tasks automatically.
Instead of copying data between platforms or relying on specific integrations, you can create AI workflows that connect the platforms you use every day (including E-goi), such as CRM tools, ERP systems, forms, ad platforms, payment systems, spreadsheets, support systems and hundreds of other apps.
Use cases
OmniConnect Agent can automate countless processes, either with E-goi or without it:
- Customer onboarding: when someone fills in a form, a contact is created in E-goi, an onboarding flow starts and your sales department is notified.
- Ad lead syncing: leads from Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads or TikTok can be added automatically to your CRM.
- Payments and activations: when a payment is confirmed, for example in Stripe, the contact can be updated in your CRM and receive activation communications.
- Bookings and reminders: bookings made in Calendly or Google Calendar can trigger confirmations, reminders and follow-ups by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Data updates: any changes made in your CRM can automatically update the contact in E-goi and on other platforms.
- Multichannel re-engagement: inactive customers can automatically enter recovery journeys by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Requirements
- An E-goi account with a Pro or Corporate plan and access to OmniConnect Agent.
- An active account in the external apps you want to connect to OmniConnect, with access permissions through an API key or access token.
Costs
OmniConnect Agent runs on a transaction-based model, where you only pay for what you need. Each action run in an integration or integration flow in OmniConnect consumes (that is, charges) one transaction.
- Free trial: To try it, any E-goi plan gives you 100 free OmniConnect transactions for 14 days.
- Extras: To use OmniConnect after the trial period, you can buy OmniConnect extras, each with 5000 transactions.
- E-goi plan: After the trial period, you can only use OmniConnect on the Pro or Corporate plan.

How you can use OmniConnect Agent
OmniConnect Agent can create integrations between E-goi and external apps, or between external apps themselves.
- E-goi with external apps: for example, Facebook Lead Ads with E-goi, Calendly with E-goi or Stripe with E-goi.
- External apps with each other: for example, Typeform with Agile CRM or Agile CRM with Slack.
- Multichannel flows: integrated data can feed email, SMS, WhatsApp and other E-goi channel automations.

Transactions
Using an integration in OmniConnect Agent consumes transactions. Whenever an integration flow you create in OmniConnect runs an action, one transaction is consumed.

- After the trial, you can keep using OmniConnect through transaction extras.
- OmniConnect extras include 5000 transactions each.

Step by step
Activate OmniConnect Agent in E-goi
1) Go to the main E-goi menu at the top and click OmniConnect Agent.
2) Click Subscribe to buy transactions and start using OmniConnect without limits. If you want to start a free 14-day trial, click Try it.
Create an app integration with OmniConnect Agent
Integrate two apps
1) Once OmniConnect is activated, the OmniConnect page will appear. Click New automation.
2) Click Select an app to send data and choose the app or tool that will send the data, as well as the event (trigger) that will start sending the data. OmniConnect will also ask you to connect that app to OmniConnect.
3) Once the connection is complete, click Select an app to receive data and choose the app or tool that will receive the data, as well as the action to be performed. OmniConnect will also ask you to connect that app to OmniConnect.
6) Once the sending app and receiving app are configured, you can click Test to test the action or Run to run the action.
Integrate several apps in one flow
1) On the OmniConnect page, click New automation and select the Canvas option.
2) You will see an integration flow, already with two steps for the source app (trigger) and the destination app (action).
3) Click Add trigger to configure the app that will send the data. When finished, click Add action to configure the app that will receive the data.
4) To add another app to the flow, click the "+" symbol below any step in the flow and configure the app.
Manage integrations
Each integration you create will appear on the OmniConnect page:
- The Run button runs the integration.
- The gear icon opens the integration settings.
- The document icon shows a history of this integration’s runs.
- If you click the three dots, you can copy, rename or delete the integration.
To select more than one integration, click the check mark for each one. You can then delete, pause or run the selected integrations at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code to use OmniConnect Agent?
No. OmniConnect Agent was designed to be used without code. You can create integrations visually, simply by choosing what triggers what in each app.
For more advanced cases, you can use JavaScript or Python events, but this is not required for most integrations.
Which apps can I connect?
You can connect E-goi and many other apps to more than 1000 apps, including CRMs, ERPs, form tools, ad platforms, payment systems, spreadsheets, support tools and productivity apps.
You can also use webhooks, CSV files, FTP, email or SQL databases for more specific scenarios.
Can I replace Zapier, Make or Pluga with OmniConnect Agent?
Yes. In many cases, OmniConnect Agent can replace your external integration tools, with the advantage of running directly inside E-goi.
This keeps your contact data, segments and automations in the same ecosystem, reducing manual work and dependency on external platforms.
How does the OmniConnect Agent trial work?
The trial gives you 100 free transactions for 14 days.

What should I do if app data is not syncing in OmniConnect?
If an integration is not syncing data, check:
- Whether the external app is properly connected to OmniConnect.
- Whether the app access credentials are valid.
- Whether the connection fields are correctly mapped (if the connection requires fields).
- Whether the flow filters are blocking the connection from running.
- Whether you still have OmniConnect transactions available.
What is MCP access?
MCP, or Model Context Protocol, allows AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor to interact with OmniConnect simply by writing or saying what you want to do.
