OmniConnect Agent bridges your everyday tools (including E-goi), making them talk to each other and exchange data - no coding needed.

 

 

What is OmniConnect Agent

OmniConnect Agent is an AI-powered agent living in E-goi that helps you integrate hundreds of tools, sync data and auto-run tasks between them.

Instead of copying data back and forth from one platform to another or relying on custom hard-nosed integrations, you can create AI workflows that connect the tools you use every day (including E-goi), such as CRMs, ERPs, forms builders, ad systems, payment processors, spreadsheets, SAC services and hundreds of other apps.

Example: A new lead comes in via Facebook Lead Ads. OmniConnect Agent automatically creates the contact in E-goi, schedules the contact meeting  in your Google Calendar, logs a deal in your CRM platform and jots down a comment in your notes tool.

 

Use cases

OmniConnect Agent can automate countless processes, either with E-goi or without it:

  • Customer onboarding: when someone fills in a form, a contact is created in E-goi, an onboarding flow is triggered and your sales department is notified.
  • Ad lead syncing: leads from Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads or TikTok can be added automatically to your CRM.
  • Payments and activations: when a payment is confirmed (say, in Stripe), the contact can be updated in your CRM and receive activation  mailings.
  • Bookings and reminders: bookings in Calendly or Google Calendar can trigger email, SMS or WhatsApp confirmations, reminders and follow-ups 
  • Data updates: any changes in your CRM can automatically update the contact in E-goi and other platforms.
  • Multichannel re-engagement: inactive customers can automatically be funneled into email, SMS or WhatsApp recovery journeys.
  • Advertising audiences: E-goi segments can be synced with Meta Ads or Google Ads audiences.

 

 

Requirements

  • An E-goi account with a Pro or Corporate plan and user access to OmniConnect Agent.
  • An active account in the external apps you want to connect to OmniConnect, with access permissions via API key or access token.
We designed OmniConnect Agent so you don't have to write any code. In most cases, integrations can be set up quickly and visually, with no tech skills required.

 

 

Costs

OmniConnect Agent works on a transaction-based model, where you only pay for what you use. Each action you run in an OmniConnect integration or integration flow consumes (ie charges you) one transaction.

  • Free trial: To try OmniConnect, any E-goi plan gives you 100 free OmniConnect transactions for 14 days.
  • Extras: To use OmniConnect after your trial, you can then buy OmniConnect extras, each with 5000 transactions.
  • E-goi plan: After your trial, you can only use OmniConnect under our Pro or Corporate plans.
Although OmniConnect is only available on some E-goi plans, it's fully pay-as-you-go once you activate it. You're only charged for the OmniConnect  integrations and flows you run.

How OmniConnect Agent can be used

OmniConnect Agent is able to integrate between E-goi and external apps or between external apps themselves.

  • E-goi with external apps: for example, Facebook Lead Ads with E-goi, Calendly with E-goi or Stripe with E-goi.
  • External apps with each other: for example, Typeform with Agile CRM or Agile CRM with Slack.
  • Multichannel flows: synced data can feed email, SMS, WhatsApp and other E-goi channel automations.

 

 

Available integrations

OmniConnect Agent integrates E-goi and other apps to more than 1000 apps, including CRMs, ecommerce, customer support, payment processors, form builders and productivity and advertising tools.

Transactions

Running an integration in OmniConnect consumes transactions. Whenever an integration flow you create in OmniConnect runs an action, you're charged one transaction.

  • The OmniConnect trial includes 100 free transactions for 14 days.
  • After your trial, you can keep using OmniConnect via OmniConnect extras.
  • OmniConnect extras include 5000 transactions each.

Step by step

 

Activating OmniConnect Agent in E-goi

1) Head over to the main E-goi menu at the top and click OmniConnect Agent.

2) Click Subscribe to purchase transactions and start using OmniConnect. If you want to start a free 14-day trial, click Try it.

 

 

Creating an app integration with OmniConnect Agent

Integrating two apps

1) Once OmniConnect is activated, the OmniConnect page will show up. Click New automation.

2) Click Select an app to send data and choose the app or tool that will send data across, as well as the event (trigger) that will actually send data out. OmniConnect will also ask you to connect that app to OmniConnect.

Example: You want to send Stripe invoices to your Agile CRM. Choose "Stripe" app and the "Invoice created" event.
Important: To connect the app, you'll need the app's access token or API key (in this case, Stripe's).

3) Once the connection is live, click Select an app to receive data and choose the app or tool that will receive the other app's data, as well as what action to run. OmniConnect will also ask you to connect that app to OmniConnect.

Example: To send Stripe invoices (already configured in the previous step) to your Agile CRM, choose the "Agile CRM" app and the "Add note to contact" action.
Important: To connect the app, you'll need the app's access token or API key (in this case, Agile CRM's).

6) Once the app which sends data and the app that receives data are configured, you can click Test to test the integration or Run to run it.

Integrating several apps in one flow

1) On the OmniConnect page, click New automation and select Canvas.

2) You'll see an integration flow with two steps - one for the source app (ie. the trigger) and the destination app (ie. the action to perform).

3) Click Add trigger to configure the app that will send data across. When finished, click Add action to configure the app that will receive data.

4) To add another app to the flow, click the "+" symbol below any step in the flow and configure the app.

 

 

Managing integrations

Each integration you create will be shown on the OmniConnect page:

  • The Run button runs the integration.
  • The gear icon opens the integration's settings.
  • The document icon shows a history of this integration’s runs.
  • The three dots allow you to copy, rename or delete the integration. 

To choose more than one integration, tick the checkmark for each one. You can then simultaneously delete, pause or run the integrations you selected.

 

 

Frequently asked questions

 

Do I need coding skills to use OmniConnect Agent?

No. OmniConnect Agent was designed as a no-code tool. You can create integrations visually by simply choosing what triggers what in each app.

For more advanced scenarios, you can use JavaScript or Python events, but this isn't required for most integrations.

 

Which apps can I connect?

You can connect E-goi and many other apps to more than 1000 apps, including CRMs, ERPs, form builders, ad platforms, payment systems, spreadsheets, support tools and productivity apps.

You can also use webhooks, CSV files, FTP, email or SQL databases for more specific cases.

 

Can I replace Zapier, Make or Pluga with OmniConnect Agent?

Yes. OmniConnect Agent is able to replace virtually all your external integration tools - with the added bonus of having it run straight within E-goi.

This keeps your contact data, segments and automations all in the same ecosystem.

 

How does the OmniConnect Agent trial work?

The trial gives you 100 free transactions for 14 days.

When the trial ends or you reach the transaction limit, you can use OmniConnect Agent via transaction extras.

 

What should I do if app data is not syncing in OmniConnect?

If an integration is not syncing, check that:

  • the external app is properly connected to OmniConnect.
  • the app's access credentials are valid.
  • the connection fields are correctly mapped (if the connection requires fields).
  • the flow filters are blocking the connection from running.
  • you still have OmniConnect transactions available.
Before running an integration, you can always use the Test option to check whether data is properly carried by the source app over to the destination app.

 

What is MCP access?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) allows AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor to interact with OmniConnect by simply writing or saying what you want to do.

Important: Using OmniConnect via MCP isn't yet available in all E-goi accounts.
