Creating an advanced report

In this article

E-goi allows you to generate advanced reports for campaigns and contact lists. It is easy to create and customize these reports, as well as automate them.

What is an advanced report?

In the world of digital marketing, data analysis is essential to understand the performance of your strategies. E-goi not only makes this analysis accessible, but also customizable, through advanced reports.

In addition to individual campaign reports, E-goi can also dig out stats for multiple lists, campaigns and channels (email, SMS, etc.) over time. This will be exported as raw data, so if number-crunching in Excel is your thing, you'll just love these reports! We call them advanced

In addition, the report automation functionality saves time and ensures that the necessary information is always at hand.

Step-by-step

Creating the advanced report

1) Head over to the "Reports" menu and choose "Advanced".

2) The advanced reports page will come up. Hit the "Create new report" button.

3) Select the type of report you want to generate (sends, opens, bounces, sign-ups, etc.). Then choose the time frame for your report and then the mailing list - plus any specific campaigns, if necessary.

4) Lastly, add the fields (columns) to include and click "Generate report".

To ensure data efficiency across your E-goi account, you can have up to 100 advanced reports (creating any extra report will delete the oldest). You may, of course, export an existing report at any time.

Viewing your advanced report

Once it has been generated, the report will be emailed to the user who requested it, but you can also view it directly in E-goi.

1) Head over to the "Reports" menu and choose "Advanced".

2) The advanced reports page will come up. Click the options button next to your report to view it, download it as CSV or delete it.

3) You can also select the Details option to check out which settings were used to generate the report.
