Creating an advanced report

In addition to individual campaign reports, E-goi can also dig out stats for multiple lists and campaigns over time. This will be exported as raw data, so if number-crunching in Excel is your thing, you'll just love these reports! We call them advanced

Creating them is quite simple:

1) Head over to the "Reports" menu and choose "Advanced".

2) The advanced reports page will come up. Hit the "Create new report" button.

3) Select the type of report you want to generate (sends, opens, bounces, sign-ups, etc.). Then choose the time frame for your report and then the mailing list - plus any specific campaigns, if necessary.

4) Lastly, add the fields (columns) to include and click "Generate report".

That's all there is to it! It'll take some time for the report to become available (depending on the amount of data to crunch), but don't worry - you can keep doing anything else in E-goi. Once the process is finished, you'll be sent an email with a download link to the report as an Excel or CSV file.

If you need to do this regularly, you can automate the whole thing. Simply tick the "Schedule" option in step 3 above and set how often you want to run the report. You can even have E-goi email it for you or upload it to your own FTP server!
