How do I cancel my E-goi plan or update the credit card I'm using?

You have two options in case you need to cancel your E-goi plan or just update the credit card used for payment (in case, for example, the card is about to expire).
You can do this on the "Plans and Top-ups" page or on your "Account Balance".
Let's look at each of the options:

 

Going to the Plans and Top-ups page

How to cancel the plan:

1- Head over to your user menu (upper right corner) and click Account Info.
2- Then click Plans and top-ups on the left side bar.
3- Once there, you will see the My Plan tab. Click Options.
4- And finally, click Cancel my plan.

And that's it! Your plan will be cancelled but you can use it until the expiry date.
We won't charge your card anymore and your account will then revert back to standard pay-as-you-go, so you'll need to top up your account to send messages.

 

How to update the credit card:

1- Head over to your user menu (upper right corner) and click Account Info.
2- Then click on Plans and top-ups on the left side bar.
3- Once there, you will see the My Plan tab. Click Options.
4- Then select Use another card and fill in the details.
5- Our system will save that information and, a few days before the plan renewal, you will receive an email notification so that you can confirm the new card by following these steps.

Can I cancel an Automatic Top Up or change the credit card that I used for that?

Of course you can! :)
To do so, you must follow the same steps as above, but in My Balance tab.

How to cancel the plan:

1- Head over to your user menu (upper right corner) and click Account balance.
2- On the account balance page, go to the top left corner and hit Cancel right next to Contact limit.

And that's it! Your plan will be cancelled but you can use it until the expiry date.
We won't charge your card anymore and your account will then revert back to standard pay-as-you-go, so you'll need to top up your account to send messages.

 

How to update the credit card:

Simply sign up for the same plan again and enter your new card details. From then on, we'll charge your updated card accordingly.

 

Can I cancel an Automatic Top Up or change the credit card that I used for that?

Yes, you can! :)
Still on your Account Balance page, go to the top left corner and hit Change right next to Auto top-up.
On that page you can manage your auto top-ups.
